Imported Australian Lowline Semen
Imported Australian Lowline semen is available from selected red, red-carrier and black sires. Straws are stored at LIC Hamilton. Prices are available on application, with limited quantities for some sires. A $45 including GST dispatch fee applies per consignment, delivered on the LIC delivery network.

Black — recessive red carrier. A large-framed, heavy-beefed Australian sire noted for excellent foot structure and a very docile temperament. He has produced both red and black progeny internationally.
McIntosh Creek Question Mark
Red. Question Mark is a well-muscled Australian Lowline bull combining depth, capacity and strong beef character in a moderate frame.
He has been used at Lowland Park as part of our performance breeding programme, producing calves with good substance and carcase potential. His progeny have also given us useful information about the importance of matching sire and dam carefully — something we consider essential in any breeding programme based on measured performance rather than pedigree alone.
Question Mark offers breeders an opportunity to introduce proven Lowline genetics with genuine beef type, while retaining the moderate size and practical attributes of the breed.

Black. Wanamara Sirius is the sire of Lowland Park Tassie and you can see where much of Tassie’s substance comes from. Sirius was a powerful, deep-bodied Australian Lowline bull with tremendous capacity, natural thickness and a strong masculine presence.
He carried plenty of muscle through the shoulder, loin and hindquarter while retaining the depth and volume we value in productive cattle. His influence through Tassie has been particularly important at Lowland Park, combining growth and substance with the structural quality that Tassie has gone on to reproduce consistently in his own progeny.
A bull whose influence is still being seen generations later.
